Vegan Wellness Travel
I am a vegan travel specialist based in South Africa, who designs tailormade itineraries specifically for vegans looking for safe, fun and ethical guesthouses, sanctuaries, retreats and safari camps. I do NOT charge for my assistance and services, but work 100% on commission (so no additional costs to you). Total WIN on all fronts – for you, the animals, the planet and yes, for me too.
I hail from the Netherlands, but I have lived in South Africa since 2001. I have 22 years of inbound tourism under my belt of which nearly 6 years as a passionate vegan. Nothing would please me more than to create your cruelty-free holiday to South Africa .
Rewilding Retreats
No phones. No work. No Netflix.
Just you and the elements. Walking amongst trees. Feet touching moss and grass. Swimming in mountain streams. Sunbathing on a warm boulder. The wind in your hair, probably some rain as well. And then the sun on your face. Healing plantbased nutrition. Movement and stretching. Simply being, listening. Connecting.
If you feel “stuck” – in your relationship, at work, in your business, or even in life – then perhaps a great way to become “unstuck” is to reconnect with yourself through Nature. Nothing puts our terrestrial problems into perspective better than spending some quality time rewilding .
Vitality Coaching
Health and Life are connected and interdependent, and together they determine your “Wellness”. In order to work towards Wellness, you sometimes need to start with your health challenges, and sometimes with the circumstances of your life. The most important thing to keep in mind is that you are always in control. It might not always feel like that, but since you are responsible for where you are and who you have become, likewise you are in control of where you are heading and who you would like to become.
So the good news is that if you want things to change, a coach can be helpful in shining a light on the pathway towards that change, and cheering you on every step of the way .
"To see ten thousand animals untamed and not branded with the symbols of human commerce is like scaling an unconquered mountain for the first time, or like finding a forest without roads or footpaths, or the blemish of an axe. You know then what you have always been told – that the world once lived and grew without adding machines and newsprint and brick-walled streets and the tyranny of clocks. "
“West with the Night” – Beryl Markham
All that I am believes this to be true. There is so much pleasure in the pathless woods (to quote Lord Byron) of Nature, and regeneration, and healing. We may not be able to turn back the clock, but I believe that by purposely and actively pursuing opportunities that bring us closer to Nature, we can reconnect with our values, our purpose and therefore ourselves.
