A Vegan Wellness Coach and Travel Specialist
Travel was my biggest passion, until in 2013 a little stray pup walked into my life, with whom I deeply connected in every meaningful way. He changed my life as he became the mirror in which I could see the me I really wanted to be. During the 10+ years that we have been caring for each other, I traveled inward, exploring and healing trauma, breaking unhealthy habits, practicing wholehearted living and becoming a wholefoods plantbased vegan. The physical results have been beyond even my own (quite vivid) imagination, from clearing the skin I have battled with since my teens, to getting rid of IBS and maintaining my balance through menopause. Mentally, this has been the most interesting and rewarding journey (and still ongoing), one of gratitude and peace, one that I never would have made without Bug.

I am a certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and a Vegan Nutrition Health Coach but I prefer to call any type of coaching I do "Wellness Coaching".
Besides a passion for Wellness I also have 20+ years experience in the international (inbound) travel industry, specialising in Southern Africa.
My Mission & Vision
To help create a world in which no animal – human and non-human – is exploited, abused or eaten by people. To help create balance in the natural world, of which we all form part, and to inspire healthy, wholehearted living in harmony with Nature.
As a Vegan Travel Specialist I assist local and international vegans with safe, ethical, affordable and adventurous itineraries that include vegan guesthouses, lodges and sanctuaries.
Through Wellness Coaching I strive to help people address any disconnectedness, and increase their connection with Nature and the things that matter most to them. People who feel connected with their deeply personal values and purpose, and the (natural) world around them, are more resilient, live more wholeheartedly and make better choices that support their long-term health, and that of Mother Earth.
